We're Hiring: Branch Sales Manager
Location: Elgin, IL
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales management experience within the building materials industry
- Experience leading both sales and branch operations
- Background selling to commercial and residential customers
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of 8 direct reports
- Oversee branch sales and day-to-day operations
- Spend approximately 3 days per week in the field and 2 days in the office
- Balance sales leadership with operational management (50/50 split)
- Develop new business while maintaining existing customer relationships
Compensation & Benefits:
- $100,000 base salary
- Quarterly commission based on branch profitability
- First-year earnings around $150,000+
- Motus vehicle reimbursement
- 401(k) with a 3% company match
- Benefits begin after 30 days
