We are seeking a driven and outgoing Recruiter to join our growing team specializing in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Clinical Research & Diagnostics staffing. What You'll Do
- Source, recruit, and engage top talent across Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology, Medical Device, Clinical Research & Diagnostics organizations
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct high-volume outreach (50–80+ calls per day)
- Utilize ATS, CRM, LinkedIn, and recruiting technologies to manage talent pipelines
- Collaborate with a team-oriented, high-performance recruiting environment
- Develop market expertise within one of the fastest-growing sectors in healthcare and science
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, Sales, or Account Management
- Ability to work in-office daily
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Proficient with recruiting systems, databases, and technology platforms
- Outgoing, competitive, and highly motivated personality
- Driven by performance and uncapped earning potential
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
- Experience within Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology, Medical Device, Clinical Research & Diagnostics industries is a significant plus
