Recruiter – Food, Beverage & Nutrition
Denver, CO (In-Office Daily)
We're growing our Food, Beverage & Nutrition recruiting team and looking for someone hungry to learn, compete, and get paid on what they produce. We work with CPG, food manufacturing, functional beverage, and nutraceutical companies to fill their most important roles — and we offer uncapped commission.
What You'll Do
- Source and engage candidates across Food, Beverage & Nutrition manufacturing, sales, ops, and executive-level roles
- Build real relationships with candidates and clients
- High-volume outreach — calls, LinkedIn, email
- Manage your own pipeline using our ATS/CRM and recruiting tools
- Work inside a team that shares ideas and pushes each other to hit numbers
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in recruiting, sales, or account management is a plus, not a requirement
- Comfortable being in-office daily
- Competitive, coachable, and not afraid of the phone
- Genuinely interested in the food/beverage/nutrition space
